The Type A stainless steel glove box consists of one main box chamber, two glove ports, one side door, one LED lighting lamp, two air intake and exhaust ports, one vacuum pressure gauge, one power socket and two KF25 spare interfaces on the back.
It reduces the water and oxygen value inside the box by vacuuming and supplementing inert gas to meet the requirements of various experiments and production processes.
It is applicable to laboratories of various universities, scientific research institutes, high-tech enterprises, etc.

Working Principle
The working principle of the stainless steel type A vacuum glove box is as follows: The main box is evacuated, and then high-purity inert gas is filled to reduce the water and oxygen value inside the box. After repeated vacuuming and gas replenishment, the water and oxygen value can be less than 200PPM. The specific values are affected by the number of operations and the purity of the inert gas. The biggest difference from the C-type vacuum glove box is that it is not equipped with a transition chamber.

Applications

Made of SUS 304# stainless steel, it is not affected by most experimental materials, corrosion-resistant and does not rust.
The box chamber has high strength and can be evacuated to -0.1Mpa. The outside of the box body is reinforced with reinforcing ribs to ensure its durability.
The window is made of high-transparency tempered glass, and the upper part of the window is equipped with an LED lighting lamp, ensuring clear vision without blind spots during the experiment.
The interior of the box is standardly equipped with a power socket, which is convenient for connecting power to experimental instruments such as spin coating machines and balances.
The air inlet and outlet of the box body adopt quick-plug type, which is convenient for air pipe connection. It can also be equipped with a pagoda head and a ball valve switch.
