Cleaning and drying after daily use

After each operation, the residues on the surface of the gloves should be cleaned up in a timely manner. Avoid using corrosive solvents such as acetone and strong acids. It is recommended to gently wipe the inner and outer surfaces with a lint-free cloth dipped in neutral detergent, and then absorb the moisture with a dry cloth. Special attention should be paid to the Spaces between fingers and the creases of the cuffs - these areas are prone to accumulate trace amounts of moisture or particulate matter, which may accelerate the aging of rubber over time.

A comprehensive inspection once a week

Visual inspection: Under sufficient light, inflate the gloves until they are slightly swollen and observe for any fine cracks, bubbles or local thinning areas. Pay special attention to the frequently bent joint positions and the area near the sealing ring of the glove opening.

Airtightness verification: Seal the glove opening, set the box pressure to +10mbar through the pressure controller, and record the time it takes for the pressure to naturally drop to 0. If the pressure drop rate is greater than 3mbar per minute, there may be a slight leakage.

Operating habits for extending lifespan

1.     Avoid overload stress: The puncture resistance of butyl rubber is limited. When transferring sharp tools, use pallets and never drag them directly. An optional built-in stainless steel storage rack is available as a buffer platform.
